Optima’s 2017 Annual Food Drive for Second Harvest Food Bank of OC

Cheers to the completion of another successful food drive supporting the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County! Our staff set an all-time record by donating 3,500 pounds of food and household supplies, beating the previous record of 2,000 pounds set by our staff last year.

big-group

The wonderful people at Second Harvest informed us that our donation will provide for over 2,800 meals! We’re truly honored to be able to partner with Second Harvest to make this food drive an annual tradition and an important part of our culture at Optima.

Optima Tax Relief Makes OCBJs “Fastest Growing Private Companies” List, Ranks #3

September 30, 2014: Optima Tax Relief, LLC, was recently named #3 on the Orange County Business Journal’s list of “Fastest Growing Private Companies” for 2014. (PRWeb)

Optima’s success is largely driven through the company’s commitment to outstanding customer service.

“Our philosophy is to deliver excellence for every client, every time, with no exceptions,” says Harry Langenberg, Optima’s co-founder and managing partner. “The honor of this recognition belongs to every single staff member who dedicates his or herself – day in and day out – to providing world-class service.”

We at Optima provide tax advice and guidance to clients across the country struggling with the IRS or state income tax issues. Our company employs a unique two-phase approach to tax relief, providing customers with a clear understanding of their options – before they pay a single penny. And while almost no one considers dealing with taxes to be enjoyable, our team of attorneys and other professionals are committed to living up to the company’s name of providing true tax relief.

“It’s all about giving our clients the best possible experience and results. I make that my goal every day I come to work,” says David King, President of Optima Tax Relief.

Optima earned its place on the list by posting an impressive 2-year revenue growth rate of 760 percent, and has invested a significant portion of its revenue growth in enhancing its customer experience. Its proprietary online client portal offers account management tools, real-time status updates and convenient means to communicate with its knowledgeable

We reach out to customers on a personal level. Popular actor Alan Thicke, famous for the TV shows Growing Pains and Unusually Thicke, and father to music star Robin Thicke, appears in TV and radio spots endorsing Optima’s services. In his commercials, Thicke describes the Fresh Start Initiative offered by the IRS, and how Optima can help consumers take advantage of the program.

Earlier this year, our company was also named one of the best places to work in Orange County, by the OCBJ. This was the second year in a row that the company received the honor among companies with 50 to 259 US employees. Receiving both awards in a single year is not coincidental, according to David King, President of Optima Tax Relief.

“Being a ‘Best Place to Work’ brings us tremendously dedicated employees who deliver great results for our clients. In turn, Optima produces strong growth simply by doing things better,” said King.

Optima employs approximately 250 professionals, including more than 20 tax attorneys and enrolled agents with the IRS. Fully accredited by the Better Business Bureau, Optima is a full-service tax resolution operation, providing solutions to nearly any IRS or state income tax issue.

The mission of the company is to provide a better future for its customers – without the burden of tax issues. The dual recognition by the OCBJ is evidence that Optima’s approach is the right one.“It’s all about giving our clients the best possible experience and results. I make that my goal every day I come to work,” said King.

Optima Tax Relief is one of the “Best Places To Work In Orange County”

The Orange County Business Journal recognized top businesses in the area this past July with their Best Places to Work list. For the second year in a row, Optima Tax Relief made this year’s list as one of the best companies in the medium, 50-259 US employees, employer category.

To maintain our standing, we participated in a two-part assessment given by Best Companies Group, the independent third party of the OC Business Journal. Combined scores from both a questionnaire on company policies, practices and demographics, and a confidential employee survey earned us a spot in the final ranking.

“While we are honored to make the list again, we are even more grateful for the sincere feedback from our staff. Each and every employee here at Optima plays a key role in making the firm successful and it is our goal to create an environment where employees are recognized and rewarded for their efforts,” says Harry Langenberg, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Optima Tax Relief.

So what do we think makes us worthy of the “Best Places To Work in Orange County” title? Feedback says our work/life balance, dynamic work environment, and healthy camaraderie. Add to that our open communication policy, and the respect and support we give Optima’s employees. We’re sure that our monthly contests, sports teams, and local fundraisers also have a little something to do with it. This weekend, we’ll be participating in the 2013 Long Beach Marathon to raise money and awareness for a charity of each employees’ choosing.

Our VP of Digital Strategy & Technology Miron Lulic has raised $2,200 so far with his team for Families of SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy).

Though we’d like to think that it’s all fun and marathons, the reality is that we would never have made it this far without an amazing team behind us. As Raul Carranza, Case Manager says best, the focus on our employees is what makes us stand out from the rest.”Optima Tax Relief is one of the few companies out there where senior management listens to staff and goes out of its way to make sure employees are appreciated and happy.”

Optima Tax Relief Helps Foster Children have a Very Merry Christmas

Optima Tax Relief, LLC teamed up with the Orangewood Children’s Foundation to sort and organize
hundreds of gift donations for the holiday season.

January 9, 2012–In December, Optima Tax Relief, LLC teamed up with the Orangewood Children’s Foundation and assisted with sorting and organizing gift donations for the holiday season.

Many members of Optima’s staff volunteered to help sort through hundreds of donations ranging from
kid’s toys to clothing and shoes. Some helped unload truckloads full of donated bikes and other gift
donations while others worked with Orangewood to fulfill personalized wish lists for families in need.
Volunteers also had a chance to bake cookies and chili for the foster youth.

In a letter from the Orangewood Children’s Foundation, Chief Executive Officer, Cal Winslow says, “Your
commitment to helping us provide for the needs of children, youth and families in our community is
very much appreciated.”

This is the first year Optima has participated in a volunteer event and although volunteering was
optional, employee participation was very high. Optima also made a monetary contribution to the
Orangewood Children’s Foundation and plans on finding additional ways to give back to the community
with participating in similar events each year.

“Here at Optima Tax Relief, we understand the importance of giving back to the Community where we
can. We are very proud to be a part of such an important mission and look forward to working with
Orangewood Foundation again,” says Harry Langenberg, one of the Managing Partners of Optima Tax
Relief.

The Orangewood Children’s Foundation’s goal is to help eliminate the neglect and abuse of children in
Orange County, California. The foundation works to accomplish this on four main fronts: strengthening
families to prevent abuse from occurring in the first place, protecting children from abusive homes from
physical and emotional violence, emancipating teens from abusive families, and promoting enhanced
public awareness of the challenges faced by children raised in such damaging environments. This last
goal has been the area in which important partners like Optima Tax Relief have been able to do the most
good for the foundation’s kids.
